Call centre for Consumer Direct West Midlands & Coventry Direct

Description
This work was carried out during December 2005. From shell to occupation in 10 weeks the new 800m2 call centre in Spire House for Consumer Direct West Midlands and Coventry Direct involved installation of new mechanical, electrical and IT services for the call centre, design and manufacture of bespoke joinery products to meet the concept drawings, formation of a new Internet Café and other staff facilities. The project also involved new acoustic ceiling finishes, secondary glazing and bold soft floor, decorative and graphics finishes. Call Centre Direct is now a bright and modern facility in the heart of Coventry. Recently opened by the Lord Mayor of Coventry, the call centre is hailed a great success both for Coventry City Council and Jumbo Build.
